Tony Cassini is a minor character in the Jem animated series. He is in the 12th episode, In Stitches. He is a successful music promoter living in Italy.
History[]
Tony is invited onto Lin-Z TV to announce his upcoming rock fashion contest with bands nominated from all over the world. He says that the winners are to have their fashions included in his rock 'n' roll music video, and that since he is unable to decide between the American contestants, both The Misfits and Jem and The Holograms are invited to walk their costumes at his salon in Venice.
The Holograms find themselves challenged by The Misfits throughout their stay, and by the time of the fashion show, everything is in arrears as Shana has to design some last minute fashions with the help of Synergy. The Misfits strut their fashions, and end up winning second place. Tony chooses Jem and The Holograms as first place winners, and also gives them credit for their rivals fashions due to them being stolen from Shana. Pizzazz tries to argue but Tony firmly tells her that if she wants to be included in his rock fashion video, then only Shana will get the credit.
