The Skulls are a three-man music band, that are also rather thuggish, hired by Eric Raymond. In order to stall the "Glitter and Gold" contest, they set out to destroy hundreds of Jem and The Holograms' new Glitter 'n Gold album, with the promise that Eric will sign them to Misfits Music.
They appeared in the episode Glitter and Gold.
Appearance[]
All members have two skull tattoos on their shaved heads; one on the top, and one on the back. Only two are seen with instruments - a guitar and a keytar. Despite being unnamed, it is clear to see the Skull member wearing a black t-shirt and black gloves is the leader.
The Skulls are visited by Eric Raymond, who wants to bribe them to do his dirty work by promising a record deal with Misfits Music. The Skulls follow Jerrica as she is on her way to deliver hundreds of the new Jem and The Holograms album in time for the "Glitter and Gold" contest. The leader grabs her and holds her back as his bandmates open the van and begin smashing the records with their bats. Luckily, Rio shows up and scares off The Skulls, rescuing Jerrica.
The Skulls appear to be very easy to bribe if it means progressing their career, and are more than happy to take part in illegal activities to do so. It is never clarified if The Skulls did join Misfits Music, as they never finished the job.
