Terrance Landau is a minor character in the Jem animated series. He is a corrupt real estate agent who teams up with Eric Raymond and The Misfits to stop the upcoming Jem and The Holograms concert at the old Opera House.
History[]
As usual, The Misfits recur to Eric Raymond to help them deal with Jem and the Holograms; this time, to stop their upcoming concert that is to be held at the old Opera House and that could interfere with their own "Midnight Madness" Halloween concert. Not having time to attend this particular enterprise, Eric gives them the card of a real estate agent that could help them, named Terrance Landau.
At his office, Landau expresses that he actually wants the opera house removed because, according to him, it "ruins his beautiful skyline". When the city auctions it off to pay the back taxes, he intends to bribe the right people to make sure he gets it; he then plans to demolish it and build new condos in its place, having promised Eric to be a partner. In order to do this, he teams up in the background with Eric and Techrat, and then the group create a series of mysterious accidents at the opera house with the intention for it to be declared unsafe and be closed before The Holograms' concert takes place.
After accidentally falling through a disposal chute, Terri, one of the Starlight Girls, discovers the group planning their next move. She is discovered by the villains and they start chasing after her. During the pursuit, she comes across Frederick Vincent, who is being trapped in a cell. She frees him and both then manage to subdue the evildoers by making them fall down a long sliding staircase, where once they land, are cornered by The Holograms.
The villains try to escape, but the Building Inspector arrives at that moment and arrests Landau.
