Ellen Sue Tanner

Ellen Sue Tanner is a minor character in the Jem animated series. She is the chairwoman for the World Hunger Foundation, and a participant of the World Hunger Shindig.

She was voiced by Marlene Aragon.

History[]

Ellen meets Jem and The Holograms at the concert held in Houston, Texas, and bets her friend Sally Brand to procure 8 million dollars to go toward her charity, the World Hunger Foundation. She uses the bet to roll up interest and audiences, and to aid the event in seeming more fun and inclusive.
