Detective Griffin is a minor character in the Jem animated series. He is in the 4th episode, Frame Up. He is a police detective called to the Gold Dust Casino.
History[]
After a robbery takes place at the Gold Dust Casino in Las Vegas, Detective Griffin shows up to the scene. He is working alongside the police to collect evidence and information about the thieves that had stolen the concert money. He treats the situation fairly, stating that he would search both Jem and The Holograms and the The Misfits' dressing rooms until a policeman discovers the bag of cash in Jem's room, although she pleads innocence, claiming she has been framed. He shows to be equal and just, listening to her explanation and Ashley's declaration. He also speaks with the mystery lady (Stormer), who proves that Jem is innocent, which is enough for Griffin to release her.

Griffin has gray hair and dark brown eyes. He mixes a brown color palette, wearing a plain beige overcoat with a chestnut waistcoat and oak tie - typical clothing of a detective.
