Jem Wiki

The Bahama Queen is a luxury ocean liner that Jem and The Holograms travel on in Island of Deception. Piloted by Captain Warren, the ship ensures that guests have a relaxing and grand experience during their voyage.

The Misfits, Eric Raymond and Rio Pacheco also join the ship for the journey. After a prank goes wrong, the Bahama Queen becomes a rescue ship for The Misfits and The Holograms when they end up stranded on a tropical island.

Facilities[]

The Bahama Queen ship is a world unto its own, being a large white ocean liner with a bright blue funnel and long decks. It offers guests a unique experience and is a common travel method for celebrities, allowing those on board to expand their horizons. Its name suggests it possesses a regal quality like that befitting to monarchy.

The Captain, Warren, is responsible for all aspects and operations on the vessel. He must set the course and speed, instruct the crew members, and ensure that all those aboard are content and safe.

Daytime activities[]

Bahama Queen - 10

During the day, the Bahama Queen offers a plethora of active and social activities. Up on the lido lies a crystal blue pool where guests are able to take a refreshing dip, cool off or dive and swim a few laps. Beside the pool sit multiple patio sets, each with a delicate parasol to protect cruisers from the sun's rays or light rain, every table allowing the enjoyment of fresh air and breathtaking views. The deck is also a fantastic area for friends and family to create new memories, or for lovers to share an intimate moment in the sunshine or under the stars. From the stern in particular, the sun can be seen setting on the horizon, creating a romantic atmosphere for couples who wish to make a deeper connection or form a stronger bond, which Jerrica and Rio make use of.

Trivia[]

  • The Misfits dislike the ship, presumably only because Jem and The Holograms are on board, with Pizzazz constantly complaining about all services the Bahama Queen has to offer. Roxy even calls it a crater.
  • The journey to St. Thomas is a two-day sail, although the two bands only make it the first day after a prank pulled by The Misfits goes wrong.
